I am an Educator, Negotiator, and Project Manager for the most important investment of your life....Real Estate. I became a Realtor in 2000. My 50+ years living in the Raleigh area has provided me with a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. I am honest, patient, personable, and responsive to my clients needs. I work with all ages and stages, from the first time home buyer, to the upsizing family, to the baby boomer or senior who is transitioning into retirement and beyond. I have earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and have an Executive Certificate in Home Modification (ECHM). Together with my years as an Occupational Therapist, I am skilled to help clients thrive as they age-in-place. I have a wealth of vetted service professionals to assist with any needed home repair, as well as attorney, lender, and insurance service recommendations. I am thrilled to work with my son as a team member of the Adam Lindsay Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Executive, located in the thriving Glenwood South area of downtown Raleigh. In my free time I enjoy golf, music, hiking, Pilates, and traveling. I have traveled many places in the US, and Europe; my next trip will be to Costa Rica! I am a dog-lover, having a Yorkie Poo, and being grandma to two Golden Doodles. In addition, I rescued a 2-day old kitten found abandoned in my backyard (now thriving as a member of our family).
